Newhall Crossing

Acquired in 2006, the former Beggs and Cobb warehouse at 139 Lynnfield St will soon transform into a 40,000 sq ft office and retail complex. Originally built in 1870, the vacant warehouse had become an eye sore for the surrounding community. Recently demolished, Palumbo Properties plans on constructing a T like structure with a clock tower in-between, while infusing some historic Peabody charm into the building.  Construction looks to be complete in fall 2009. For leasing information, please call 781-231-6800.



Stonehill Corporate Center Phase II

Originally built in 1989, Stonehill Corporate Center was never fully constructed as intended. Starting in 2009, Palumbo Properties plans on expanding the existing structure another 60,000 sq ft of Class A office space. The new expansion plans on building a cafeteria and other modern amenities for tenants. The expansion should be complete in 2010 with leasing opportunities already available.
